My main intention is writing this e - mail to you that inform you about importance of our litrature.We know that we live in India - a nation of cultural heritage, our nation is our pride.Today's generation may be lost in modern society but we still try to save our litrature.we have a huge heritage such as our forts , rituals, something like superstition, lakes , rivers, festival, particular days etc.We should understand and respect them .
On 1st January 2026 our college is going to celebrate heritage day so I happily invites you there we will talk more about literature

Digital Tools in Education
We are literature students in B.A., so we use a lot of digital tools. First, we use writing apps such as Blogger. Blogger is very useful for writing blogs. We learned a lot from it, and I personally use this app. It is really helpful, especially for every student. The best digital tool we have used is ChatGPT. It is very helpful not only for literature students but also for commerce, science, and medical students. Every student uses it, and it makes learning much easier.
Another useful tool is PowerPoint (PPT). It helps us present any topic powerfully. It improves our presentation skills and increases our confidence. PPT is very helpful in showing our knowledge creatively. Our college organizes seminars about digital tools, which are also very powerful and useful. We also learned about other tools such as Canva, Blogger, and many more. These tools help us gain knowledge in different types of digital fields.
Today’s time is fully digital, and we need digital tools at every moment. Digital tools help in studies and in everyday life. Digital tools are like helping hands for us. We should use digital tools at every step in life. We learned these tools during our B.A. programme, and they are currently very helpful in our learning.

Stages of interview:-
Introduction:-
An interview is a psychological and sociological instrument.It is an interaction between two or more persons for a specific purpose.in which the interviewer asks the interviewee specific questions in order to assess his /her suitability for recruitment, admission, or promotion.It can a systemized method of contact with a person to know his /her views and is regarded as the most important method of data collection.In addition , interviewing a person gives an idea of how effectively the person can perform a particular task . Here we are talking about stages of interview:-
1) Appraisal of resume :-
Some companies may shortlist candidates on the basis of projects they have completed specific courses they have done , internships they have taken up , etc .
2) Tests :-
Companies conduct aptitude tests ( written/ online ) comprising sections such as technical, quantitative, verbal, reasoning, psychometric, etc.
3) Group discussion:-
Most recruiters use this as the second stage after the aptitude tests .some companies may conduct group activities as well to assess the candidates 'personality , leadership skills , knowledge, communication skills , etc.
4) Presentations :-
A few companies may ask the candidates to present themselves in two or three minutes in order to shortlist.
5) Face- to-face interview:
This may be final round of an interview.Many companies these days give the candidate a short or long case containing a hypothetical problem in the business/ industrial context, ask the candidate to present the case , and suggest a few alternative solutions in limited time
6) Negotiations:-
This stage comes after the candidate has been selected.The company makes a job offer out of the candidate after discussing the candidate 's expatations about salary and other benefits.
6 ) medical tests :-
Once the job offer is confirmed, the candidates may be asked to go for a medical examination.This is also done to ensure that the candidate is not suffering from any condition that would prohibit him/ her from performing the duties required of him/ her .
